*************************************************************************

Toronto WordSmiths, located in Parkdale Library is a free space for youth (ages 16-29) to come together as a writing community and pool our collective knowledge.

This is a space away from an imposed structure!

In this space we will explore and experiment with new ways of writing; this will also be a place for you to work on your own writing projects. As a writing community we will be able to share our pieces and provide feedback for each other if wanted (and if comfortable). Group discussion and collective learning will be centered around weekly themes and writing prompts.

This group has organizers but we don’t want anyone in charge. This is a creative space to learn from one another and anyone can take the lead!
