G20 Anniversary Story Meeting

Whether your a seasoned journalist or have never written a story before we are inviting you to our TMC story meeting. Twice a month we meet to share, pitch and develop our story ideas. Got a story idea? Want advice on filing a Freedom on Information Request? want to collaborate on a story, radio doc or video? This is a great opportunity.

At our meeting on Monday June 20th we will be meeting to discuss all story ideas but will be focusing on the G20 Anniversary. A handful of Access to Information documents will be shared for collaborative stories. And plans will be made on how to cover a variety of other G20 related stories.

We'll be meeting at 6:30 p.m. at Linux Cafe, and may move the meeting to Bickford Park across the street if it's nice out.  Just down the street from Christie Subway. (for those who come by TTC some tokens will be available).

Also mark down in your calendar our next two story meetings on Monday, July 4 and Monday, July 18, both meetings will be held at the Linux Cafe at 6:30 pm.

Hope to see you there!
