Executives and presidents of corporations among top donors

Who is funding Ford?

The Toronto Media Co-op has conducted an initial investigation into some of the names appearing on Rob Ford's campaign contributions list. The donor list was released last week. It included thousands of names, but the initial research focuses upon the donors who donated the maximum amount, of $2,500. The names on the list matched those of the people listed below. Other names may be added as the investigation continues*.

*Note: The data in Ford's campaign donations were in a a file format that could not be imported into a database for analysis; it was therefore run through an Optical Character Recognition program. This left the text in a state that required an enormous amount of data cleaning. It was not possible to analyze all the data before the election.
