by Kevin Konnyu

See video

On Saturday December 21 indigenous activists and allies gathered under the banner of the Idle No More movement at Dundas Square in downtown Toronto and took over the intersection with a flash mob round dance. Celebrating the 1 year anniversary of a similar action the activists then proceeded inside the Eaton Centre shopping mall taking over the central water fountain area. Participants joined hands and danced while three floors of shoppers looked on.
