This bank, at the S.W. corner of Bay St. and College St., is 1/2 block from the Toronto police headquarters on College St. The cops in the pictures came from the Toronto police headquarters AFTER the bank's windows were smashed. The pictures of the successive cohorts of cops moving through the intersection are in chronological order except for the first cohort with mounted cops which is the last pictrue in the series. No cops were at the bank to protect it before or after the windows were broken. The Toronto police motto is "To Serve and Protect". But who and what? It was obvious to everyone that the cops were not interested in protecting any property, only in intimidating, harrassing, abusing, attacking, and arresting people.
