Voices from the Classroom: Graduate Students' Struggle with Poor Funding

Last year, the University of Toronto Graduate Students' Union and their members of a University committee on graduate student funding put together a broader call-out for letters to be sent to the administration and published talking about the burdens of higher education.

Students gave members' the right to publish these letters and, at the time, we did.
However, seeing as we're facing down a continuing TA strike, I think the best way to understand where people are coming from is to see their lived experience. So, I present that for you now:
