SPEAKER: Ilyan Balicki, Toronto-based social justice activist recently returned from solidarity visit with Traditional Algonquin One Nation in Poigan Lake, Quebec, on unceded Algonquin land.
THEME: The Traditional Algonquin Traditional Council of Elders of One Nation is defending its traditional unceded territory against logging company Resolute Forest products of Montreal. Mamwi and the associated new footage shows us why Torontonians should care.
