to bad this link is dead.
It's too bad that most of these officers jut follow orders without question. They probably got told to clear the street and that`s what they did... without prejudice. Too bad, military is supposed to be for people who follow orders without question. Police are supposed to be the ones with the critical analysis minds used to investigate.
Police are doing their job. Tell me any other time that many shit disturbers gather in one place with scarves to cover their faces. They're not protestors, they're idiots and bandits plain and simple and they deserve everything they get.
Did you even watch the video past the 0:55 point?
Going by past history in the U.S., and knowing that some in government still cling to a belief system that belongs in the dark ages, not today and certainly not tomorrow, I know that there are those who will either put you on a "black list" or worse just because you disagree with their broken logic, even if you are right. Democracy? Freedom of Speech? Human Rights? Yeah right, Demockracy is more like it, and freedom of speech as long as you agree with them.
Kind of like China, only here they do it in secret, in dark places. In China it's more obvious.
The world is now governed by "deep pocket" politics and an illusion of democracy funded by our own money used against us.
Ever heard of operation Northwoods? how about jekyll island and the federal reserve act.?
The list goes on and on and on.
Democracy was the victim of a silent, bloodless coup in the early 20th century.
Did you say "I for one welcome our insect overlords"? (Kent Brockman, the Simpsons)
You either know nothing of history, (ignorance is bliss) or you could be a poster person for the effectiveness of brainwashing and deception, or both.
I completely agree. This is barely even violence. Okay they're gettng shoved a bit, maced, whatever. But beaten? No, definitely not.
ummm, are you blind in one eye and can't see so good out of the other?
Let me make it easier for you, maybe you could go get somebody who can actually see to help you.
Notice what happens at approximately 1:01, and note the sound accompanying the blows, and how many times you hear that sound, and how many times that one cop in particular swings at these people, from behind no less.
If that isn't police brutality what is?
I do not condone violence, on either side. This is abuse of power.
I'm going to take a wild guess that some or all of the violent activities by protesters (some) took place after this and similar exhibitions.
Beating them? I watched the video twice, and I don't see anyone being beaten. I see a bunch of people who should have moved, probably when they were asked to, and didn't. I see police spraying them with mace or something, not anyone being beaten. Funny how they scream when police just come near them. What a bunch of whiners you are.
Drama comes to people who wish for it.
Here are a few quotes from some men who obviously had a lot more brains than a few of the posters here.
To those posters, you truly deserve all that the 4th Reich has in store for you.
If you had ever been smacked meaningfully by a baton or sprayed with mace, maybe you wouldn't think it's so fun. I didn't hear the police asking anybody to move... and why should they? Do the police have the right to shove you wherever they want you to go? The police actions seemed completely meaningless... what was the point of advancing their police line to the middle of the street? Ridiculous thugs.
