CAUTION: Cops INFILTRATING our ACTIVIST communications

Confirmed reports of police posting FALSE & MISLEADING information to OUR sites

CAUTION: Cops INFILTRATING our ACTIVIST communications

Dru Oja Jay is a media activist and editor with THE DOMINION and THE MEDIA CO-OP.

He confirms reports that erroneous, misleading, and false reports are being posted to the TORONTO MOBILIZATION website and THE TORONTO MEDIA COOP site.

They are working now to vet and delete all infiltrating reports. But in the meantime, do your best to question and discern carefully and critically ALL suspicious reports.

It seems the COPS are especially interested in DISSUADING protesters from gathering at rallies and convergence spaces. Call your contacts on the scene if you can to find out truly what's going on.

Be vigilant. Be safe. Don't be afraid to attend convergence spaces. We are legally entitled to gather, to mobilize and to converge in public spaces.

To be clear

I have no idea who is posting disinformation, but it is happening.

Bottom line is, if someone says something about police infiltration, confirm it by phone or face to face with a trusted source before spreading that information.

Paying for Bail?

There was a post earlier about paying bail for detainees.  Confusing, as haven't we already paid the highest price?

DON'T PAY!  This is clearly a tactic to pay for the arrests themselves!

We need to gain strength together if there are any court costs incurred from the mass arrests of peaceful protesters. Put the cost back on the state that put us there in the first place.
