11 de septiembre 1973: Más de 40 años de lucha....

Este 11 de Septiembre del 2013 se cumplieron 40 años del sangriento golpe que el Estado de $hile, junto a sus fuerzas armadas dieran en contra del gobierno constitucional del socialista Salvador Allende, su pueblo y sus propias leyes.
Apoyado por la derecha fascista y la clase rica chilena, el golpe de estado fue además, aprobado, financiado y planificado por Washington.
Con este aval político-económico, del imperio del Norte, las FF.AA dieron inicio a uno de los periodos más oscuros de la historia de $hile, donde los crímenes de lesa humanidad se instalaron a lo largo y ancho del país del sur, cobrando miles de víctimas.
Esos mismos señores que en estos días han manifestado tanto dolor por las víctimas de su 9/11 y se muestran ante el mundo como ejemplo de la Defensa de los derechos Humanos, son los mismos que conspiraron un 11 de Septiembre de 1973, hace 40 años contra el gobierno de Salvador Allende y el pueblo de Chile. Son los responsables de miles de asesinatos y desaparecidos que trajo como consecuencia el Terrorismo de Estado chileno.
El legado del régimen de terror que el dictador Pinochet junto a los militares impuso al país, se instalo por la fuerza durante 17 años, y no ha cambiado mucho con la vuelta a la democracia.
En el $hile de hoy se encarcela, se tortura y se mata, como en los mejores tiempo de la Dictadura.
La Constitución, aprobada por la fuerza en 1980, su sistema político-económico y jurídico-represivo herencia de la dictadura y de los ideólogos de Washington, sigue vigente y es lo que han administrado los gobiernos de turno y sufrido nuestro pueblo hasta el día de hoy.
Esta política no ha sido exclusiva solo para $hile, sino para el continente entero.
Prueba de ello es la” Operación Cóndor”, que no fue otra cosa que la planificación ideológica de exterminio de activistas del movimiento Revolucionario de la época ….y no cabe duda que hoy se sigue implementando.
Impresionante ha sido el asesinato de jóvenes realizado por la locura policiaca antes, durante y después de estos 40 años, en esta basura democrática llamada $hile.
Es necesario recordar a seres inolvidables. Jóvenes con una claridad, entrega y una disposición combativa excelente.
La mayoría de ellos están hoy desaparecidos, y por supuesto que ellos no dieron su vida para que vivieran los cerdos que hoy gobiernan en Chile.
Ellos eran estudiantes, trabajadores, de los sectores populares más empobrecidos, como los jóvenes que hoy viven en ese otro chile, allí mismo, en ese barrio que demora más de una hora para llegar a la escuela o a sus trabajos, ese barrio lleno de polvo y piedras. Esas benditas piedras, que nos ayudaban en cada enfrentamiento y en cada barricada.
Fue una época de enamoramiento general. El amor flotaba y se hacía sentir en el aire. Estábamos enamorados de la revolución.
Así se forjo el acero del Movimiento Revolucionario naciente, y la de todos, unos más otros menos, aportaron para la revuelta permanente de estos días.
Fue una etapa de aprendizaje, de preparación, en que muchos se enrolaron como también algunos quedaron en el camino, pero por siempre estarán en nuestros corazones.
La Unidad Popular (UP): 1970-1973
El proceso pre-revolucionario encabezado por el compañero Salvador Allende, y su coalición la Unidad Popular (unidad de partidos de Izquierda reformista) nunca se planteo una toma de poder. Se decía que era un primer paso, sentar las bases de un posible y futuro “socialismo.”
Sin embargo, el programa de la UP con sus 40 medidas era bastante radical, ya que apuntaba al corazón de las clases dominantes: La propiedad Privada.
Eso significaba la nacionalización de las empresas estratégicas para el país, como las minerías del Cobre, siempre en manos extranjeras, la Industria Nacional e Internacional residente en el país incluyendo la Banca trasformaciones estructurales en la educación, en la Salud y en la vida en general de la clase trabajadora, dueñas de casa etc., es decir el pueblo.
En 3 años Allende transformo la vida de los chilenos, pese al boicot económico desatado por la derecha nacional y la rabia del imperialismo norteamericano, que utilizo todos los medios para socavar el gobierno popular.
A la misma vez y en forma paralela y fuera del gobierno de la UP, se iba gestando una fuerza política con fuerte raíz en las masas más desposeídas y explosivas de la sociedad chilena, que ya venía en ascenso de sus luchas desde gobiernos pasados.
Eran los jóvenes que ya cansados de las políticas reformistas de los partidos tradicionales de la izquierda habían dado a luz a la primera organización revolucionaria, que tenia dentro de su línea estratégica la lucha armada para postular al poder.
En 1965 la unidad de socialistas, trotskistas, anarquistas, mapuche, guevarista y cristianos se formo la Izquierda Revolucionaria MIR cuyo proyecto histórico era unir a los pobres del campo y la ciudad, con una plataforma de lucha insurreccional - a través de una lucha larga y prolongada - utilizando todas las formas de lucha.
Se organizo a chile desde el territorio. De las bases mismas de los pobladores sin casa, sin trabajo, sin nada. La implantación del poder popular fue tomada a fondo. La acción directa a través de tomas de fábricas y de terrenos sacudió al país.
La organización de las masas empobrecidas no se dio en forma espontanea: la formación de los cordones industriales, de campesinos (mapuche), poblacionales, estudiantiles, los comandos comunales eran los rasgos característicos del poder popular y el accionar de cientos de jóvenes que se fueron incorporando a las filas revolucionarias, aprendiendo, formándose y formando a la vez a la población.
Esto se dio en forma paralela al gobierno de la UP, es decir desde afuera. El movimiento de Izquierda Revolucionaria MIR, nunca estuvo, ni participo, dentro de la coalición de gobierno, y es ampliamente conocida su posición de Apoyo Critico al Compañero Allende. Ninguna organización revolucionaria formo parte de la UP.
A este punto, los grados de conciencia adquiridos por el movimiento de masas, que iba en constante ascenso, sobrepaso las direcciones reformistas de la Unidad Popular en el año 1973.
Eran muchos, los que quería defender el proceso, pero no tenían las suficientes armas ni los recursos para adquirirlas.
Dentro de este contexto, es que Allende por un lado, convencido de la vía pacifica para llegar al “socialismo” y con ello lograr los cambios sociales, políticos y estructurales necesarios que Chile necesitaba.
Por otro lado estaba la fuerte influencia de las políticas reformistas del PC y parte del PS, por lo que no escucho el llamado casi angustioso de los trabajadores, que insistían en tener armamento para defender, el proceso que día a día venia alejarse más de lo que ellos habían soñado.
El Decreto la Ley de Control De Armas, y la introducción de militares en el gobierno, a los cuales les dio carta blanca para perseguir y allanar las industrias en busca de posible armamento dio la pauta para el golpe de estado.
Este es el principio del fin, y Allende para salvar la situación llama a un plebiscito para que el pueblo decida. La fecha: se eligió el 11 de Septiembre de 1973. El mismo día que los golpistas tenían preparado para dar el Golpe.
Todo lo ganado en más de 80 años de lucha, se pierde con el Golpe de estado.
Y con ello, la vida de un hombre honesto pero contradictorio Salvador allende, porque su caída nos demuestra que no se puede ser Revolucionario y demócrata a la vez.
Tarde tomo la decisión, pero al menos el tenia un arma para defenderse, nuestro pueblo no, y allí está la muestra:
Más de 15 mil asesinados, 3 mil desaparecidos, casi mil detenidos, 146 mil torturados, 4700 violaciones de hombres y mujeres, 3800 relegados, casi 3000 homicidios frustrados, 911 secuestros, 9233 maltratados por la policía y más de un millón de exiliados; entre ellos nosotros.
La dictadura en 17 anos cambio la mentalidad del pueblo chileno, lo que ni siquiera hizo el PC en más de 60.
La implantación del sistema económico neoliberal, como el cambio de la Constitución fue hecha a sangre y fuego. Toda la parte del área social estratégica del país fue privatizada, implementando nuevas Leyes represivas como la Ley de Seguridad Interior del Estado y la Fascista Ley Antiterrorista.
Las tierras recuperadas con sudor y sangre en el Wallmapu fueron devueltas a los Latifundistas y nuestro Pueblo Mapuche, paso a ocupar las estadísticas más altas de desaparecidos y empobrecidos de la nación. Como asimismo todo lo que era la vida comunitaria desapareció.
Después de 17 años de duras luchas y enfrentamiento con la Dictadura Pinochetista, las cúpulas de la izquierda, negocia una salida pactada con los militares.
Todos los acuerdos que se dieron en ese momento fueron hechos a espaldas del pueblo que lucho, aceptando todo a beneficio de los militares.
El sistema implantado por la dictadura sigue intacto, como entonces todas las modificaciones han sido un circo que se promete cada vez que hay opción de cambiar al títere de turno.
Todos los gobiernos que han existido post dictadura se han convertido, solo en administradores del sistema que ideo Pinochet, con el fascismo local, y los Chicago Boys del imperialismo norteamericano.
La doctrina de seguridad nacional y la ley antiterrorista, se han convertido en la columna vertebral de control antisubversiva en chile y en el Wallmapu.
Pero esta no es historia nueva ni para los chilenos, ni menos para los Mapuches, desde hace siglos, desde que se instauraron como estado, han tratado de eliminar a todo aquel que se rebela contra su putrefacto sistema.
Igual no han podido vencernos.
Nación Mapuche:
La lucha de nuestro pueblo, no es ajena a la de los demás pueblos indígenas, de nuestro continente.
Las mismas raíces, la invasión barbárica del español en el sur o la asimilización hipócrita del colonialismo inglés y francés aquí en el Norte; no hace diferencia.
Ya que todo se da dentro de un mismo marco de dominación y despojo político, ideológico cultural y territorial a nuestros pueblos, que se ha perpetuado a través de los siglos, bajo de diferentes formas de dominación y genocidio.
Todo fue utilizado para hacer desaparecer naciones enteras, no en todos los casos les dio el resultado esperado.
Ejemplo de esto es la Nación Mapuche.
Quizás, fue la forma de estructura horizontal, las que les permitió usar tácticas de guerra no convencionales, como asimismo penetrar al enemigo desde adentro, aprender del y vencerlo en innumerables batallas, hasta hacerlo firmar los tratados de reconocimiento, en tiempos de guerra.
Cosa que no ocurrió con los demás imperios indígenas como el Inca-’ Mayas o Aztecas, que fueron destruidos más fácilmente, por tener estructuras jerárquicas.
Aun así, las sabidurías de estas naciones milenarias, perduran hasta el día de hoy.
Durante más de 70 anos nuestro pueblo vivió en paz y en libre armonía, como Nación Independiente y Autónoma.
Las mal llamadas independencias y los estados capitalistas nacientes. A través de su sistema mercantil, entraron a quebrar este equilibrio y fueron un genocidio mas para nuestros pueblos, y hasta el día de hoy, controlan nuestras vidas y usufrutuan y depredan nuestros recursos naturales.
En 130 años de dominación capitalista, perdimos casi la totalidad de nuestros territorios y más de la mitad de nuestra población. Remataron nuestros territorios, a colonos extranjeros, quienes son los actuales terratenientes y han querido exterminar nuestra nación.
Todavía está en la memoria de nuestros antepasados, de sus hijos,y los hijos de sus hijos, la ruca ardiendo, con su familia adentro.
El secuestro de niñas, las violaciones, los asesinatos de mujeres, niños, jóvenes y ancianos sometidos al terrorismo del latifundio, apoyados por un estado desquiciado, que nunca ha apostado por justicia, frente a un Mapuche asesinado.
Hoy cuando es el invasor el que cae en su propia trampa calcinado, Chile entero se mueve emocionado.
Desde las bandas paramilitares y presidenciales, pasando por el reformismo recalcinante e incluyendo a ciertos sectores radicales de mapuches y Winkas.
Todos se yerguen como jueces y buenos samaritanos…
Mientras tanto gracias a esas declaraciones y a la cacería desatada, varios hermanos son encarcelados y otros pasan al duro camino de la clandestinidad..
El Walmapu tiembla, mientras un pájaro acorralado gime, del balazo que le ha dado su hermano.
Finalmente, esta tormenta acabara pronto, y debemos tener confianza en que nuestro Wallmapu no naufragara en esta coyuntura particular.
De nosotras y nosotros depende hacer realidad nuestras posibilidades, fraguar nuestra autonomía, descolonizar nuestro pensamiento.
Ejercer nuestra soberanía es un proceso que comenzó ayer y requiere de práctica, de reflexión, conversación, defensa y enfrentamiento.
Estamos avanzando en la recomposición de nuestro Wallmapu. Somos los NGURU que recorren la tierra de nuestra cuarta historia en silencio.
Lo que está naciendo nos permitirá ser como el sol, que vuelve a brotar todas las mañanas.
La lucha por recuperar nuestra autonomía intelectual, económica, política, cultural entre otras muchas categorías.
Esta unida intrínsecamente a la lucha por recuperar la base material, que da sustento a nuestra ritualidad cotidiana, a nuestro ser, nuestro existir.
Hablo de esta, nuestro territorio, nuestras historias lo reclaman a diario, y nuestros brotes nos lo exigen. Esta lucha ha comenzado y no hay forma de detenerla.
No vamos a decir cuántos éramos, y a cuantos nos asesinaron.
No vamos a decir cuánto teníamos, y cuanto nos robaron.
Lo que si tenemos bien claro, es que queremos nuestra tierra, sin partido y sin estado.

September 11th 1973: More than 40 Years of Struggle...

This September 11th, 2013 marks the 40th anniversary of the bloody coup d’etat that Chilean State together with its armed forces would give against the constitutionalist government of the Socialist, Salvador Allende, its people and its own laws.
Supported by the fascist right and the rich Chilean class, the Coup was moreover approved, planned and financed by Washington.
With this political/economic avail of US imperialism, the armed forces gave way to one of the darkest eras in the history of Chile, where crimes against humanity would be instated throughout the country, costing the lives of thousands of people.
Those same people that throughout these last few days have manifested so much pain for the victims of 9/11 and show themselves as examples of Human Right followers, were the same people that conspired September 11th, 1973 40 years ago against the government of Salvador Allende and the people of Chile. They are responsible for the thousands of murdered and disappeared victims that were the result of Chilean State Terrorism.
The legacy of terror that the Pinochet Dictatorship brought together with the armed forces was forced upon the country for 17 years, and has not changed very much since the return of democracy.
In today’s Chile, people are imprisoned, killed as in the best times of the Dictatorship.
It’s Constitution was forcefully approved in 1980; its political economic and repressive judicial systems an inheritance of the dictatorship and Washington ideologues, which is administered by today’s governments in turn and suffered by our people to this day.
This politic has not been exclusive to Chile, but throughout the entire continent
Proof of this is Operation Condor that was not only the ideological extermination plan for activists of the Revolutionary movements of the era, its effects can be seen today with the ongoing criminalization of resistance movements.
The murder of youth by the brutality of the police has been impacting before during and after these 40 years in this democratic nonsense called Chile.
It is necessary to remember these unforgettable people; youth with clarity, conviction and excellent combative disposition.
The majority of them are currently disappeared, and of course they didn’t give their lives so that today’s pigs that govern Chile could live
They were students, workers, of the most impoverished popular sectors of society; youth that today live in that other Chile. Right there in that neighbourhood that takes more than an hour to get to school or work from, that neighbourhood surrounded by dust and stones, those amazing stones, that helped us with every barricade, every confrontation with the State.
It was an era of continuous falling in love. Love floated in the air and made us fall in love with Revolution.
That is how the revolutionary movement was born, and everyone (some more than others) would support in the permanent riot of those days.
It was an era of much learning, preparation where many were enrolled and many were left along the way, but they will always be in our hearts
The Popular Unity (UP) 1970-73
The revolutionary process led by Salvador Allende and its coalition of the Popular Unity (Unity of left wing reformist parties) never asserted a definitive plan to take power. It was said to be a first step on the basis of a possible future socialism.
Nonetheless, the Popular Unity (UP) program with its 40 measures was quite radical and pointed at the heart of the dominating classes; especially the idea of private property.
This meant the nationalization of strategic industries for the country, such as copper that was always in foreign hands, various other national and even international industries that resided in the country, including the nationalization of the Bank, structural transformations to education health care, and the general improvement of living conditions for the working class – that is to say the people.
In three years Allende transformed the lives of all people in Chile, despite the economic boycott carried out by the right and US imperialist rage that used all means possible to destroy the popular government.
At the same time and outside of the Popular Unity Coalition, there was a political force being organized with strong roots in the most disposed and explosive masses of Chilean society, that was on the rise since governments past.
In 1965 the unity of socialists, Trotskyites, Anarchist , Mapuche, Guevarist and even Christians formed the Leftist Revolutionary Movement MIR, where the unity of the poor within the country and city was to be the historical project to build through the platform of an insurrectionary struggle; through protracted war using all forms of struggle.
The country was organized throughout, from the very bases of the homeless, jobless poor, the implementation of popular power took all forms, including the use of direct action in the occupation of factories and land shook the country.
The organization of the impoverished masses was not spontaneous. The formation of industrial cordons, of peasants (Mapuche ), neighbourhood councils, students etc were the characteristic of Popular Power from the ground up and the action of hundreds of youth that began to incorporate themselves to the revolutionary line, educating themselves and their people at the same time.
This was done in parallel to the Popular Unity Government, that is to say – on the outside. The Leftist Revolutionary Movement MIR, was never incorporated or participated within the Coalition government, while at the same time was widely known to give critical support to Allende. No revolutionary movement formed part of the Popular Unity Coalition.
At this point the level of consciousness acquired by the mass movement was continuously increasing to the point where it overcame the reformist leadership of the Popular Unity in 1973.
There were many that wanted to defend the process, but they did not have the sufficient arms or resources to do so.
It is in this way that Allende on the one hand, was convinced of the peaceful route to socialism to enable the social, political, and structural changes in society. On the other the strong influence of reformist policies of the Communist Part and part of the Socialist party, which did not listen to the anguished cry of the workers that insisted on having arms to defend the process that day by day moved slowly further away than what they would imagine.
The implementation of the Arms Control Law and the introduction of Army Chiefs in government, gave a green light to persecute and raid the industries looking for weapons, which gave way to the Coup d’etat.
This is the beginning of the end and Allende to salvage the situation calls for a plebiscite so that the people can decide. The date: September 11th, 1973; the same day that those organizing the coup has prepared to strike.
Everything that was earned in the last 80 years of struggle had been lost with the Coup; and with it the live of an honest but contradictory Salvador Allende, because his fall shows us that you cannot be a democrat and a revolutionary at the same time.
He took the decision much too late in at least taking a weapon to defend himself, his people did not.
More than 15 thousand murdered
3 thousand disappeared, more than 1000 detainees, 146 thousand tortured, 4700 women and men raped, 3800 relegated, over 3000 frustrated homicides, 911 kidnappings, 9233 victims of police brutality and more than a million exiled, among them were us.
The dictatorship in 17 years changed the mentality of the Chilean People, something the Communist party could not do in 60 years.
The implementations of the neoliberal economic system, as well as the change of the Constitution were made through blood and fire. All of the strategic social services were privatized, implementing repressive legislation such as the Interior State Security Law and the fascist Antiterrorist Law.
The lands that were reclaimed with sweat and blood in Wallmapu were returned to the estate owners and our Mapuche People began to statistically conform the greatest numbers of disappeared and impoverished peoples throughout the country, and living in community disappeared.
After 17 years of hard struggles and confrontation against the Pinochet Dictatorship, Leftist guilt negotiated a pact with the military.
The system implanted by the dictatorship continues intact, as it was back then; all the modifications have been a circus of promises every time there is an option to change the puppet in power.
All of the government post dictatorship that have existed post dictatorship have turned into sole administrators of the same system designed by the dictatorship, with local fascist elements on one side and the US Chicago Boys on the other.
The doctrine of National security and the Antiterrorist Law have turned into the backbone of anti-subversive control in Chile and Wallmapu
It should be noted that this history however, is not new, neither for Chileans, much less for the Mapuche. For centuries the State has tried to eliminate all those who rebel against their status quo system.
They have not been able to overcome us
The Mapuche Nation:
The struggle of our people does not differ from other indigenous peoples of our continent.
The same roots, the barbaric Spanish invasion in the south and the hypocritical assimilation of English and French colonialism here in the north – there is no difference.
There is no difference since all of this has been done in the framework of ideological, political, cultural domination and plunder to our indigenous territories that have been perpetuated for centuries in different forms.
Everything was used to in order to disappear entire civilizations, which did not have the expected result in all cases.
The example of our Mapuche Nation
Perhaps it was the horizontal structure of our society that allowed the use of unconventional war tactics, or in penetrating enemy lines, learning of this and overcoming the enemy in numerous battle, until they had to sign treaties of recognition in times of war.
This did not happen in other indigenous empires such as the Inca Maya or Aztec that were destroyed much more easily for having hierarchical structures. Despite this, the wisdom of these millennial civilizations continues in existence until today.
For more than 70 years of People lived in peace and in free harmony as an autonomous and independent nation.
The so-called wars of independence and the birth of nation states through the mercantile system began to break this equilibrium and was yet another genocide for our peoples and even now they control the lives of our peoples and deplete our natural resources.
In 130 years of capitalist domination, we nearly lost all of our territory and more than half our population. They auctioned our territories to foreign settlers who are the current land lords of the area and have wanted the extermination of our nation.
However, the memory of our ancestors, of their children, and of the children of their children remains. The burning of our homes with our families inside; the kidnapping of girls, rape, and murder of women, children, youth and elders, subjugated unto the rule of the large landed estate, and supported by a sick State that has never given justice to any of our murdered Mapuche brothers.
Today when it is the invader that falls into its own trap in flames, the entire country is swept with emotion. From paramilitary groups to the Presidency, passing through atrocious legislation and even including the condolences of some Mapuche and Settlers, all of which rise to the occasion as good Samaritans.
Meanwhile, thanks to some of the statements that have been made and the new witch hunt many of our brothers/sisters have been jailed and others go through the difficult task of going underground. Wallmapu trembles, meanwhile a cornered bird moans of a bullet that was shot by its brother...
Finally, this storm will end soon enough and we must have faith in that our Wallmapu will not drown in these strategic moments.
The creation of our realities depends on us: to continue building our autonomy and decolonize our minds.
To exert our sovereignty is a process that began yesterday and requires practice, reflection, conversation, defense and confrontation.
We are advancing in the re-composition of our Wallmapu. We are the NGURU that spread throughout the land in our fourth generation in silence.
What is being born will allow us to be like the sun, which continues to rise each and every morning.
We are advancing in the reconstruction of our intellectual, economic, political and cultural autonomy and much more.
It is intrinsically united to the reclamation of our material base that sustains our daily rituals, our beings, our existence.
I speak of this, our territory, our histories are reclaimed daily, and our offspring demand it of us. This struggle has commenced and there is no way to stop it.
We won’t say how many we were, and how many they have killed
We will not say how much we had and how much they stole
What we do know clearly is that we want our land, with no party and no state
